Here is some typical information from food packaging:-

Heinz "Tomato Ketchup", estd. 1869, Heinz 57 Varieties - Ingredients: Tomatoes (126g per 100g of ketchup), vinegar, glucose syrup, sugar, salt, herbal and spice extracts, spice. Suitable for a diet without gluten

GB "Black Cherry Jam" - Extra 50% fruit- Ingredients: black cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, gellifier: pectin, acidifier: citric acid. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100 g.
